Softball Game Preview: Duluth Wildcats vs. Brookwood Broncos + How To Watch

Duluth is 0-6 against Brookwood since September of 2023 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wildcats are taking a road trip to face off against the Broncos at 6:00 p.m.

Duluth blew Parkview out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Parkview got their revenge. The Wildcats fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Wildcats have suffered since September 30, 2024.

Saniya Simmons made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.

Meanwhile, Brookwood entered their tilt with Norcross on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Blue Devils. That's two games straight that the Broncos have won by exactly nine runs.

Brookwood's win bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Duluth, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Duluth might still be hurting after the 16-0 defeat they got from Brookwood when the teams last played on September 11th. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
