The Rio Hondo Prep Kares stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They claimed a resounding 55-25 win over Polytechnic at home. Winning may never get old, but Rio Hondo Prep sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Rio Hondo Prep found their leader in underclassman Tara Riley, who scored 24 points along with six steals and five rebounds. Riley hasn't dropped below two steals for seven straight games. Another player making a difference was Avery Pollock, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.

Rio Hondo Prep has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Polytechnic, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Rio Hondo Prep will head out on the road to face off against Chadwick at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chadwick is out to stop a seven-game streak of losses at home. Polytechnic will take on Providence at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
