Softball Recap: Pocola's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

After flying high against Durant on Friday, Pocola came back down to earth. The Indians fell just short of the Lone Grove Longhorns by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The match marked the Indians' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Pocola fell to 5-1. As for Lone Grove, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Pocola will head out on the road to face off against Adair at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday. The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Indians' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Lone Grove, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Westmoore on the 15th.
