Soccer Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

Lancaster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Palmdale Falcons. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by just one goal.

Lancaster's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Palmdale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-8-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lancaster will challenge Eastside at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lancaster is facing Eastside at the right time seeing as Eastside is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Palmdale has already played their next match (against Quartz Hill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
