Volleyball Game Preview: Modesto Christian Crusaders vs. Waterford Wildcats + How To Watch

The Modesto Christian Crusaders will face off against the Waterford Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Wednesday, Modesto Christian came up short against Gustine and fell 3-1. The Crusaders have struggled against the Reds recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-14, 23-25, 25-10.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Waterford and Delhi meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Hawks, falling 3-0.

Waterford was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-18, 25-21.

Modesto Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Waterford, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-12.
