Softball Game Preview: North Forsyth Raiders vs. Westlake Lions + Official Tickets

The North Forsyth Raiders will take on the Westlake Lions at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. North Forsyth is coming into the game hot, having won their last 11 games.

The home team had come away the winner the last six times North Forsyth and Denmark had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Raiders came out on top against Denmark by a score of 12-8 on Thursday. The game was the first time the Raiders have beaten Denmark on their field since September 25, 2021.

Westlake couldn't beat Chapel Hill on Tuesday even though they stacked six runs on them in the first inning. The Lions came up short against the Panthers, falling 19-6. The defeat continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost four in a row.

Westlake's loss dropped their record down to 10-9-2. As for North Forsyth, their win bumped their record up to 24-6.
