Baseball Game Preview: Heritage Preparatory Rams vs. St. Mary's Academy Bobcats

The Heritage Preparatory Rams will head out to square off against the St. Mary's Academy Bobcats at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Heritage Preparatory has given up an average of 7.4 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Heritage Preparatory lost 14-4 to The King's Academy last Monday.

Heritage Preparatory saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Garner, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Another was Mac Abernathy, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, St. Mary's Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Atlanta Jewish Academy on Monday and fell 9-7. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Heritage Preparatory's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for St. Mary's Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
