Soccer Game Preview: Menlo-Atherton vs. Hillsdale

The Menlo-Atherton Bears will head out on the road to face off against the Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Menlo-Atherton's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Menlo-Atherton is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Woodside just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Thursday. Both finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result kept the Bears happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 9th.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hillsdale, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Burlingame a 2-0 shutout on Thursday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the FIGHTING KNIGHTS were the better team in the second half.

With that draw, Menlo-Atherton's record moves to 6-4-2. As for Hillsdale, the win got them back to even at 7-7.
