Decatur waltzed into their match on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Shiloh Generals 8-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-2 last Monday.

Decatur pushed their record up to 8-13 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.5 runs over those games. As for Shiloh, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Decatur will square off against Holton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shiloh, they will venture away from home to square off against Decatur at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
