Soccer Recap: Granada Finishes Even with California

On Tuesday, neither the Granada Matadors nor the California Grizzlies could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Granada's goal came courtesy of Elle Eichenberger, who's now up to seven this season.

With that draw, Granada's record moves to 6-1-6. Meanwhile, California's record is now 4-4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Granada will host Dougherty Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Granada's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. California has already played their next match (against San Ramon Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
