Baseball Game Preview: Brantley County Herons vs. Worth County Rams

The Brantley County Herons will face off against the Worth County Rams at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brantley County will be strutting in after a victory while Worth County will be coming in after a loss.

Brantley County's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over Berrien.

Kaden Hendrix made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in February. He was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, Gaven Grafford was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Carson Coger was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
