Football Game Preview: Clearbrook-Gonvick vs. Laporte

Clearbrook-Gonvick will be playing at home against Laporte at at 7:00 PM on Friday. Clearbrook-Gonvick will be hoping to continue their now four-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.

Clearbrook-Gonvick have had to suffer through a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They made easy work of Nevis last Friday and carried off a 44-14 win.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 14-50, which was the final score in Laporte's tilt against Win-E-Mac.

Clearbrook-Gonvick's victory lifted them to 1-4 while Laporte's loss dropped them down to 0-5. We'll find out if Clearbrook-Gonvick can add another positive mark to their record or if Laporte can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Clearbrook-Gonvick's step.
