Baseball Recap: Richmond Red Devils vs. Northeastern Knights

They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Northeastern Knights 10-8. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Red Devils considering their one-run performance the game before.

Zander Juday made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Richmond is 2-1 when Juday allows one or fewer hits, but 9-10 otherwise. Juday was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.
