Soccer Recap: Elbert County Comes Up Short

Elbert County's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 4-1 to the Stephens County Indians.

Elbert County's goal came courtesy of Daniel Ezqueda, who's now up to 24 this season.

Elbert County's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Stephens County, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-12.

Looking ahead, Elbert County will head out on the road to face off against Hart County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stephens County, they will host Franklin County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
