Basketball Recap: Pierce City Takes a Loss

Pierce City suffered their biggest loss since December 21, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Miller Cardinals, falling 63-38. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Pierce City's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Miller, they pushed their record up to 12-4 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

When Pierce City and Miller next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Pierce City will square off against Ash Grove and their four-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Miller will try to stop Skyline's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
