KIPP King is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup last Wednesday. They blew past Coliseum College Prep Academy, posting a 45-14 victory. KIPP King has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Skyline against Golden State Prep on Thursday as the squad secured a 56-27 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

KIPP King's victory was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 15.4 points over those games. As for Skyline, their win bumped their record up to 18-9.

Everything came up roses for KIPP King against Skyline in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 52-20 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for KIPP King since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
