Everything went their way against the Omaha Westside Warriors on Tuesday as they made off with a 23-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Tenley Kampbell was a standout: she fired off two home runs, four runs, and five RBI while going 3-for-3. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Macey Jarose, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and four RBI.
Millard North always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .743. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Omaha Westside only posted an OBP of .182.
Millard North's win bumped their record up to 27-4. As for Omaha Westside, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 17-6 record.
