Volleyball Game Preview: ConVal Cougars vs. Campbell

The ConVal Cougars are taking a road trip to take on Campbell at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. ConVal will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

ConVal will bounce into Wednesday's match after beating St. Thomas Aquinas, who they had gone 0-6 against in their six prior meetings. The Cougars blew past the Saints 3-0 on Monday.

Meanwhile, Campbell faced Coe-Brown Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. Campbell fell 3-1 to Coe-Brown Academy. Campbell hasn't had much luck with Coe-Brown Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Campbell now has a losing record of 7-8. As for ConVal, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.

Everything went ConVal's way against Campbell in their previous meeting back in September, as ConVal made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
