Recap: Baldwin Bears vs. Hill School Rams
The Baldwin Bears lost against the Hill School Rams back in February of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Baldwin had to suffer through a rough 52-23 loss at the hands of Hill School. Baldwin has struggled against Hill School recently, as their match on Thursday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Lily Soller was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds for Hill School. That makes it six consecutive games in which Soller has scored at least 25% of Hill School's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lilly Hebert, who scored eight points along with 12 rebounds and three steals.
Baldwin's loss dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Hill School, their win bumped their record up to 5-9.
Baldwin will head out on the road to face off against Agnes Irwin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hill School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Peddie at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Peddie is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
