Recap: Elk Grove vs. Franklin
On Wednesday, it was a hard-fought game, but Elk Grove had to settle for a 2-1 defeat against Franklin. That's two games in a row now that Elk Grove has lost by exactly a single goal.

Angad Singh, who's now up to 13 this season.
This is the second loss in a row for Elk Grove and nudges their season record down to 5-4-5. As for Franklin, the win got them back to even at 6-6-4.
Elk Grove will head out on the road to square off against Sheldon at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Sheldon is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Franklin will take on Jesuit at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Jesuit is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
