Basketball Recap: Make It Two in a Row for Mountain View Academy

Rio Lindo Adventist came into Thursday's game looking for another win against Mountain View Academy, but Leilani Wright wouldn't allow it. The Mountain View Academy Mustangs came out on top against the Rio Lindo Adventist Spartans by a score of 40-32 on Thursday thanks in part to Wright, who posted 29 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Mountain View Academy's points.

Rio Lindo Adventist lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Maddy Gibson, who earned six points in addition to ten boards and three steals. Ariana Mendez was another key player, putting up two points along with ten rebounds and three steals.
