Football Game Preview: Valley Falls Dragons vs. Jefferson County North Chargers

Valley Falls is 0-4 against Jefferson County North since October of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Dragons will take on the Chargers at 7:00 p.m.

Valley Falls is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took a 26-12 bruising from McLouth on Friday.

Although Valley Falls took the loss, they still got scores from Grant Meyer and Damian Cervantez.

Meanwhile, Jefferson County North strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They took down Onaga 26-8. The 26-point effort marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Valley Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Jefferson County North, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Valley Falls was dealt a bruising 48-14 loss at the hands of Jefferson County North in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Dragons were down 40-6.
