Basketball Recap: El Cerrito Takes a Loss

El Cerrito lost against Albany back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The El Cerrito Gauchos took a blow against the Albany Cougars, falling 52-23.

El Cerrito's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Albany, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. El Cerrito will challenge Swett at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Albany, they will square off against Kennedy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
