Soccer Recap: Rialto Extends Home Winning Streak to Seven

Rialto kept a clean sheet against Grand Terrace on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Grand Terrace Titans, sneaking past 1-0. The Knights' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Melissa Ramirez, who's now up to 11 this season.

Rialto pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven contests. As for Grand Terrace, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 9-3 record.

Coincidentally, Rialto and Grand Terrace will both be playing Carter the next time they take the pitch. Grand Terrace will host Carter at 5:45 p.m. on Monday, while Rialto will head out to face them at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
