Thomas County Central came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs 12-3. Considering the Yellow Jackets have won five matches by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Thomas County Central's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Kennesaw Mountain, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coincidentally, Thomas County Central and Kennesaw Mountain will both be playing Mount Paran Christian the next time they take the field. The Mustangs will head out to face the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Yellow Jackets will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
