Volleyball Recap: Wren Gets the Win

Wren won the last time they faced Catawba Ridge and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hurricanes walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Copperheads. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hurricanes.

Tessa Beal paced Wren's offense, picking up ten kills. Beal got some help from Emma Kate Garrison and her 16 assists. Rilyn Johnson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Wren's win bumped their record up to 21-6-1. As for Catawba Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-7-1.

Wren didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Emerald on the 30th. As for Catawba Ridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Northwestern on the 30th.
