Baseball Recap: Rock Falls Comes Up Short

Rock Falls was the 8-4 winner over North Boone when they last played one another back in May of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Rockets took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings on Tuesday. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rock Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for North Boone, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-10.

Looking ahead, Rock Falls will take on Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. North Boone will be paying especially close attention to the Rockets' matchup: after the Rockets face off against the Crusaders, they'll take on North Boone again at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
