Soccer Recap: Argonaut Plays to a Tie

On Wednesday, the Argonaut Mustangs and the Union Mine Diamondbacks finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Argonaut's goal came courtesy of Kailey Carney, who's now up to eight this season.

With that draw, Argonaut's record moves to 8-1-2. As for Union Mine, they moved theirs to 3-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Argonaut will take on Liberty Ranch in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Argonaut is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season. Union Mine and Bradshaw Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
