Softball Recap: Raytown Takes a Loss

If Raytown was feeling good fresh off their 15-0 takedown of Ruskin on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bluejays came up short against the Truman Patriots on Wednesday, falling 16-4. The Bluejays were not able to make up for their defeat to the Patriots from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Raytown now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Truman, their win bumped their record up to an identical 3-4.

Coming up, Raytown will venture away from home to challenge Chrisman at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Truman, they will welcome Fort Osage at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
