Volleyball Recap: Campbell Comes Up Short

Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the ConVal Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against ConVal this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Campbell's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for ConVal, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

Campbell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Merrimack Valley on the 23rd. As for ConVal, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fall Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
