Clovis put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their undefeated season alive. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the Mission Oak Hawks. That's two games straight that Clovis have won by just one goal.

They hit Mission Oak with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Christian Orpinenda (2), Devon Richardson, and Chip Damian.

Clovis' win bumped their record up to 11-0-1. As for Mission Oak, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-2-2.

Clovis and Mission Oak should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Cougars will face off against Golden Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (8 vs. 357). Meanwhile, Mission Oak (ranked 113th) will meet Mt. Whitney (ranked 468th) at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
