Basketball Recap: Antioch's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Antioch can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 52-33 victory over the Delta Saints.

Despite the loss, Delta still got an impressive performance from Ayren Rapp, who posted 21 points. That was a full 63.6% of Delta's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Antioch's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Delta, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.

Antioch will be playing in front of their home fans against Deer Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Delta, they will venture away from home to square off against Aspire Alexander Twilight Secondary Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
