Basketball Recap: Southwest Takes a Loss

Southwest lost against Pierce City back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Southwest Trojans came up short against the Pierce City Eagles, falling 60-39.

Southwest's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Pierce City, the victory also got them back to even at 2-2.

Southwest will face off against Seneca at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Pierce City has already played their next match, a 66-20 win against McAuley Catholic on the 10th.
