Baseball Recap: Windham Comes Up Short

Windham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 12-2 to the Suffield Wildcats.

Windham saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nikolai Torres, who went 1-for-2 with one run. That run was Torres' first of the season.

Windham's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Suffield, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Coming up, Windham will take on Plainfield at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Suffield, they will square off against East Windsor at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
