Basketball Game Preview: San Luis Sidewinders vs. Antelope Rams

San Luis is on a five-game streak of home losses, Antelope a 12-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Monday. The San Luis Sidewinders will welcome the Antelope Rams at 5:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 50-18, which was the final score in San Luis' tilt against West Point on Friday.

Meanwhile, Antelope came up short against Anthem Prep on Thursday and fell 36-23.

San Luis' loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Antelope, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Everything came up roses for San Luis against Antelope in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 70-10 victory. Will San Luis repeat their success, or does Antelope have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
