Softball Recap: St. Michael the Archangel Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for St. Michael the Archangel's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Summit Christian Academy Eagles on Wednesday. The Guardians have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

St. Michael the Archangel's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Summit Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

St. Michael the Archangel has already played their next contest, a 7-4 defeat against St. Pius X on the 2nd. As for Summit Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 15-2 win against St. Teresa's Academy on the 2nd.
