Soccer Recap: Costa Mesa Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Costa Mesa managed to keep up with Valencia until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Costa Mesa Mustangs came up short against the Valencia Tigers, falling 5-2. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in January.

Costa Mesa's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7-1. As for Valencia, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-3-1.

As of now, neither Costa Mesa nor Valencia have any future games scheduled.
