Baseball Recap: Wilcox Comes Up Short

Wilcox couldn't beat Los Gatos on Friday even though they stacked four runs on them in the sixth inning. The Chargers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 15-8. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, with their most recent loss being a 19-0 defeat back in March.

Wilcox's defeat dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Los Gatos, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Wilcox nor Los Gatos have any future games scheduled.
