Football Recap: Espanola Valley Skates Past Cuba with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Los Alamos, Espanola Valley was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 67-0 victory over the Cuba Rams. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Sundevils considering their six-point performance the matchup before.

The win got Espanola Valley back to even at 1-1. As for Cuba, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Espanola Valley will challenge Capital at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. As for Cuba, they will head out to square off against Wingate at 7:00 p.m. on September 5.
