It's playoff time, and Northern Bedford County had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 47-35 victory over the Mount Calvary Christian Chargers on Saturday. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on six straight.

Despite the loss, Mount Calvary Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Clara Webb posted 15 points and eight rebounds. That's the most points Webb has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Kathleen Smucker, who had four points in addition to nine boards and three steals.

Northern Bedford County pushed their record up to 13-12 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points over those games. As for Mount Calvary Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 23-6.

Northern Bedford County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-35 win against Delaware County Christian on the 8th. Mount Calvary Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
