Baseball Recap: Foxborough Comes Up Short

Foxborough suffered their biggest defeat since March 25th on Wednesday. They lost 13-7 to the North Attleborough Rocketeers. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rocketeers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2025.

This is the second loss in a row for Foxborough and nudges their season record down to 6-11. As for North Attleborough, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foxborough will welcome Seekonk at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Seekonk's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Foxborough's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for North Attleborough, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Ashland at 6:30 p.m. The Rocketeers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Clockers have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season.
