Soccer Recap: Piedmont Academy Takes a Loss

Piedmont Academy lost against John Milledge Academy back in March of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Piedmont Academy Cougars took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the John Milledge Academy Trojans.

Piedmont Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6-1 record this season. John Milledge Academy moved to 1-4-2 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Piedmont Academy will challenge Mount de Sales Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Piedmont Academy is facing Mount de Sales Academy at the right time seeing as Mount de Sales Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for John Milledge Academy, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against First Presbyterian Day at 7:00 p.m. John Milledge Academy will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: First Presbyterian Day will have lost four straight heading into Thursday's matchup.
