Baseball Recap: Roscommon Takes a Loss

Roscommon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They fell 11-6 to the Lake City Trojans.

Jackson Ziebell made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That triple was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Gabe Snider, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.

Roscommon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Lake City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-13.

While Roscommon had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
