Basketball Game Preview: Northview Vikings vs. Wilson Wildcats

The Northview Vikings will face off against the Wilson Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Northview's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Wilson has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

On Thursday, Northview didn't have too much trouble with Covina as they won 47-33. Given the Vikings' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 512th, while the Colts are ranked 1047th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Wilson came up short against West Covina on Thursday and fell 41-34.

Wilson's defeat dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Northview, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 13-13 record this season.
