Softball Recap: Lenox Takes a Loss

Lenox was the 12-5 winner over Fremont-Mills when they last played one another back in June of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell just short of the Knights by a score of 9-8 on Wednesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lenox's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Fremont-Mills, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Lenox has already played their next match, a 12-5 loss against Martensdale-St. Mary's on the 19th. As for Fremont-Mills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 11-7 victory against Bedford on the 19th.
