Softball Recap: Wahoo's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Wahoo came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Auburn Bulldogs. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by just one run.

The team relied heavily on Olivia Wesely, who got on base in both of her plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Makayla Kenning also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Wahoo's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Auburn, they moved to 6-4 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
