Recap: Eisenhower Eagles vs. Carter Lions
The Eisenhower Eagles entered their tilt with the Carter Lions with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Eisenhower came out on top against Carter by a score of 44-31 on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Eisenhower also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
Eisenhower can attribute much of their success to Camiya Horton, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mauriaja Johnson, who scored ten points.
Eisenhower has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. As for Carter, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Summit the next time they take the court. Eisenhower will host Summit at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Carter will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
