Desert Christian entered their tilt with Bisbee on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Pumas with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Desert Christian never let Bisbee on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 30-28, 25-6, 25-17.

Alexa Yarger paced Desert Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Yarger got some help from Abby Numer and her 19 assists. Yarger was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Desert Christian's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Bisbee, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.

Desert Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Madison Highland Prep on the 3rd. As for Bisbee, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Santa Rita on the 2nd.
