Gunn had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They never let the University Prep Academy Golden Eagles onto the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The two-point effort marked the Titans' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Gunn pushed their record up to 14-7 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.7 points over those games. As for University Prep Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.
