Baseball Recap: Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy Comes Up Short

Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They came up short against the Providence Christian Academy Storm, falling 12-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Providence Christian Academy this season, with their most recent defeat being a 16-0 loss on Thursday.

Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Providence Christian Academy, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 18-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy is set to challenge their familiar foe Commerce at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Providence Christian Academy will face off against rival Oglethorpe County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
